1. How our service works
1.1 You have the choice of making a Will, a Will and a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), or just an LPA on its own.
To make a Will or a Will and an LPA, click on the link at the bottom of this page or any of the links saying ‘Write your Will now’ or click here.
To make an LPA on its own, click on the ‘Make an LPA Only’ link on the left-hand side of this page or click here.
1.2 Either of the above options will open up our Intelligent Composer©, which will ask you a series of simple multiple-choice questions regarding your Will (and/or LPA) and you'll then be asked to give us some information (names, etc.). If you have selected the option to allow data to be transferred automatically, certain information will have already been completed automatically.
You'll get instant response times throughout this process, which will take only a few minutes, as well as comprehensive Guidance Notes. You also have online access to our qualified support staff.
1.3. We will then show you a summary online in plain English of exactly what the contents of your Will (and/or LPA) will be - with absolutely no obligation to buy. If you're not sure you've got everything exactly right, you can either go back and make changes or save your details and log off and come back later, without making any payment.
1.4. When you decide to purchase your Will (and/or LPA), you are offered the opportunity:
1.4.1 to select which document(s) you want to purchase and
1.4.2 as an additional option, to have your documents printed, bound, and posted to you.
1.4.3 as a further option, to subscribe to our Document Storage Service
1.5. When you have made your selection, you can pay straight away on our Secure Payment Server and you'll receive your documents immediately in Adobe Acrobat format so you can save them electronically and re-print them as many times as you want.
1.6. Your Legal Document Package will include:-
1.6.1 Your Will and/or LPA
1.6.2 Instructions on how to properly execute the important signing/witnessing process
1.6.3 All of the supporting documents your Executors (and/or Attorneys) will need.
1.7. A Professional Willwriter will then review your document(s) and, if necessary, suggest any alterations that you should make.
1.8. If you have purchased the printing/binding/posting service, your Legal Document Package (suitably corrected, if necessary) will also arrive no more than 28 days later in the post.
1.9. You must sign and witness your document(s). Please read the instructions carefully because if the Will is not signed correctly it will not be legally enforceable.
1.10. If you have subscribed to our Document Storage Service, you will receive a Document Envelope into which you simply insert your signed documents. You then seal it and mail it back to the address supplied, and can rest assured that your documents are 100% safe. You pay a small fee if you want to retrieve your Document Envelope for updates (£4.95), but other than that you pay nothing other than the small annual fee. 1.11. Finally, if and when you need to revise your Will (and/or LPA) then you can do so as many times as you want free of charge - you only have to pay a small fee of £8.95 IF you decide you want us to check your amended document(s).

The following prices are in pounds Sterling and include VAT and checking of Documents.

Note: - To make a Will and LPA-PA (and/or LPA-PW), select 'Write your Will now'. At the end of the Will drafting questionnaire you are offered the option to also make an LPA-PA (and/or LPA-PW). Please click here.
2.3 Document Printing and Binding
Document Printing and Binding is an optional extra and can be selected each time you create or re-create your documents.
2.4 Secure Document Storage
Our Secure Document Storage Service is an optional extra and can be selected each time you create or re-create your documents or - if you have already purchased a Will or pair of Mirror/Discretionary Trust Wills with us - whenever you login to your Account.
