How Does the LEP Wills Services Work?

Our service is quick, simple to use and convenient - with no complicated forms to fill in and no payment required until we've shown you what you'll be buying: -

1. Click here to start.
2. Answer the simple multiple-choice questions, and enter the information we ask for.
3. At the end, check the Summary of what you've entered.
4. Make your payment and download your documents.
5. Print & sign following the instructions we send you.

You will now have a Will (and/or LPA) document that is legally valid and will be accepted by the Probate Court

We will then carry out the following additional checks:

• A Professionally Qualified Willwriter will review your document(s) and let you know by email within 2 working days if any queries have arisen. It is very rare that we find anything serious, but we feel that this step is important to give you peace of mind.
• At any time after making your payment and downloading your documents you can make unlimited changes completely free of charge for life. We are also available to check any amendment you make, however, this will incur a small administration cost of £8.95.
